Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. What WasThr is

WasThr is a personal gig-tracking service that lets you log live music events you have attended, follow friends, and discover who else was at the same shows. It is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Your account

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may not use WasThr to impersonate others or to create accounts on behalf of others.

3. Content you add

You own the notes, ratings, and other content you add to your gig history. By adding it you grant WasThr a licence to display it to you and, where you choose to share it, to other users. You are responsible for ensuring that anything you add does not infringe the rights of others.

4. Third-party data

Artist, venue, and setlist data is sourced from third-party providers including Setlist.fm, MusicBrainz, and Spotify. WasThr does not guarantee the accuracy of this data.

5. Service availability

WasThr is a personal project provided without any warranty of uptime or continued availability. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WasThr and its operators are not liable for any loss of data, loss of access, or other damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of WasThr after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
